The 0.4 version of the Ubiqod platform is now available and deployed for all users. This version brings many developments and features.
New features
Identification using the user’s phone :
The Ubiqod platform allows for identifying people who are intervening in the field.
Several methods make this possible:
- Entering a code on a mobile interface or a wireless terminal such as Smilio A
- Passing or detecting a badge on a mobile time clock such as Clock R / Clock S
- Systematic scanning of a personal QR code on the mobile interface
Now, the administrator can activate the saving of the identifier on the user’s phone.
Thus, a user who identifies itself on the mobile interface with a code or a personal QR code can be recognized during a futur time clock without having to re-enter their code or scan their personal QR code again. The retention period of this code is adjustable. It will thus be possible to force re-entry at regular intervals.
Reliability of data
In some cases (mountains, deep udergrounds etc…), the telecommunication network used by connected terminals and time clocks may experience drops in reception level.
Depending on their configuration, Skiply terminals (Smilio A, Clock S) make it possible to identify and recover data that has not been received during a previous transmission.
The Ubiqod platform can now be configured to automatically send data that has been identified as lost.
Various developments
Other features and updates have been added:
- Graphic interface evolution
- Possibility of connecting multiple Google accounts for the Google Sheets extension
- Possibility of downloading the list of identifiers in PDF
- Improved technical alert management
- Exportation of the tracker park
Let’s meet at the end of June for further improvements on the platform!
