The new user rights management system in Ubiqod allows precise control over user access to various features and resources. Security is enhanced and permission management is simplified, making your operations more secure and efficient.
This management feature is available in the “Team” section of the “Account” menu.
Introduction of Groups
It is now possible to optimally organize trackers with the new group system. This feature allows trackers to be grouped under specific tags accessible only to certain users. It facilitates the organization and sharing of information in a targeted and secure manner.
For example, some users can manage trackers associated with a specific contract or region, while sharing the same company account.
Group management can be found in the main menu.
Optimized Data Management in Connectors
This new version introduces a “delay” option between each data processing task, reducing the risk of overload to third-party services like Google Sheets, which have usage limits. This option, though disabled by default, can be enabled to ensure smooth and error-free data synchronization.
This feature is available in the OPTIONS tab of the dispatches.
Improved Error and Connector Log Management
Ubiqod 2.0.0 significantly improves error and connector log management. Easily track the status of your data processing with detailed logs, ensuring complete transparency and quick resolution of any issues.
