Available data for connectors
Certain connectors allow you to choose which data will be sent and where. This is the case, for example, with the Google Sheets connector or webhooks, where it is possible to specify which column will be filled with which data.
Available fields (alphabetical order)
Account name
Name of the account to which the tracker belongs.
Badge swiped
This field will have a value of 1 if a badge was swiped at the same time as the action (or if a badge was swiped without any action).
Otherwise, the value will be 0.
Code label
Label of the code entered by the user. For example, the name associated with a badge or a PIN code.
Code reference
Raw code as entered by the user, whether it’s a manual entry or a badge swipe.
Code valid?
This field will have a value of 1 if the PIN code (which can correspond to a manual entry or a QR code, BLE, or RFID badge) matches a valid value, that is, one contained in the list of PIN codes or badges associated with the tracker interface.
Otherwise, the value will be 0.
Customer email
If provided on the site, this field contains the email of the client associated with this site.
Customer phone number
If provided on the site, this field contains the phone number of the client associated with this site.
Data label
Label of the data entered by the user. For example, the label of the button that the user pressed.
Data reference
The reference of the data is configured in the interface. It contains a numerical value that allows for the identification of a piece of data independently of the label presented to the user.
Feedback email
For feedback-type interfaces, this field contains the user’s email address if they have provided it.
Feedback message
For a feedback-type tracker, this field contains any comments made by the user.
Feedback rate
For a feedback-type tracker, this field contains the overall satisfaction rating left by the user.
Interface type
The following values can be returned: “BUTTON_SINGLE”, “BUTTON_MULTIPLE”, “DIGIT”, “FEEDBACK”, “SMILIO_A”, “SMILIO_S”, “SMILIO_E”, “CLOCK_ST”, “CLOCK_R”, “CLOCK_S”
Manager email
If provided on the site, this field contains the email of the manager associated with this site.
Manager phone number
If provided on the site, this field contains the phone number of the manager associated with this site.
On site?
This field will have a value of 1 if the user is located within the perimeter of a site. The value of this perimeter is defined at the site level.
Otherwise, the value will be 0.
Photo data
If the user takes a photo (for example, to illustrate an incident), this field contains the photo in JPEG format, encoded in Base 64.

Pincode from cookie?
This field will have a value of 1 if the PIN code (which can correspond to a manual entry or a QR code badge) was sent from a cookie stored on the user’s smartphone. This occurs when you have activated the “remember the code” function in the interface, and the user did not need to re-enter their code or re-present their QR code badge.
Otherwise, the value will be 0.
Press count
For an IoT (Internet of Things) type tracker, returns the number of presses made for the same action.
Scan token?
If the user has scanned an Ubiqod Key and the QR code is validated, this value will be 1. Otherwise, it will be 0.
Site ID
Unique identifier of a site. This identifier is assigned by Ubiqod at the time of the site’s creation and cannot be changed.
If you wish to associate a site identifier corresponding to your own system, you can use external references.
Site label
Site location
If provided, sends the GPS location of the site associated with the tracker.
Timestamp
Date and time at which the data was submitted by the user (format: 2022-04-15T06:44:19.472Z).
Tracker ID
Unique identifier of a tracker. This identifier is assigned by Ubiqod at the time of the tracker’s creation and cannot be changed.
Tracker label
Tracker label entered by the user. For example: QR code for housekeeping check-in on floor 1.
Tracker model
The following values can be returned: “SMILIO_A”, “SMILIO_S”, “SMILIO_E”, “CLOCK_ST”, “CLOCK_R”, “CLOCK_S”
Tracker slug
The slug of the tracker is a unique identification number for the tracker.
For a connected object (IoT) or an Ubiqod Key, it corresponds to the serial number indicated on the device’s label.
For a QR code, the slug is used in the URL associated with the tracker.
Tracker type
The following values can be returned: “QOD”, “IOT”, “UBIQODKEY”
User location
If activated (and the user has granted access to their location), returns the GPS position of the user. For IoT (connected objects), this value returns the location of the site.
With photo?
This field will have a value of 1 if a photo has been taken by the user.
Otherwise, the value will be 0.
